The first session is used to explore your goals and expectations and find a focus for our work together.
I use my understanding of body/mind connection as well as how your past experiences might influence your present situation. Working to provide a safe and supportive atmosphere allows you to access your own inner knowing, and will help you gain insight and understanding so you can move forward in your life.
We would normally meet once a week for 6-12 sessions in order to explore and deepen your understanding of your concern. This understanding will help you to make changes in your life or to find an acceptance of your situation.
