Many individuals are drawn to psychotherapy because they can see themselves repeating unhealthy patterns or because they have a difficult relationship with themselves.
Integrative psychotherapy views the client holistically to include mind, body and spirit as well as the wider social, cultural and political situation in which we find ourselves.
I draw on a number of approaches so I can adapt to the needs of the individual; making links with your childhood and past experiences, as well as your relationship with yourself.
Relationships from the past are often mirrored between client and therapist so it is important to pay close attention to what happens between us. To help you feel seen and supported I will always aim to work collaboratively, and respect your autonomy. Psychotherapy helps you to live a more fulfilling and self-accepting life.
We can meet weekly or more often if you felt you needed it. We will regularly review our work together.
